Key Responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned.

Recruitment and Talent Identification:


* Conducting interviews to identify potential candidates for Personal Lines Account Managers as well as other various roles.


* Collaborating closely with Personal Lines Sales Producers and the leadership team to ensure effective recruitment.

Sales and Cross-Selling:


* Identifying cross-sell opportunities within the personal line’s portfolio.


* Facilitating meetings with carriers, underwriters, and marketing representatives to enhance sales strategies and training opportunities within region.


* Work closely with team to create synergies within department, cross-department, and within all branches.  Streamline processes to help gain efficiency within all locations.  Identify opportunities to enhance processes and/or technology to help reach goals.

Team Management:


* Conducting one-on-one meetings with Account Managers and supervisors to provide guidance and support.


* Collaborating with other departments as needed to achieve organizational goals.


* Provides assistance to CL Sales and Service when needed.


* Train and develop Personal Lines Account Managers.


* Develop, partner and foster relationships with Personal Lines Sales Team.


* Create Synergies between sales and service to help support each other in reaching goals.


* Ensures Cross Functionality between Commercial and Personal Lines to promote client effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis:


* Generating reports for the leadership team to track performance, trends, and areas for improvement.


* The Personal Lines Regional Manager plays a critical role in driving growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence.


* Review daily activities through audits and analytics.

Strategic Planning and Vision:


* Developing and communicating a clear vision for the personal lines department within the region.


* Creating strategic plans to achieve business goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
