Work you'll do

As a Trading & VCO Advisory Consultant on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for:


* Support analysis across the commodity trade lifecycle (e.g., deal capture, scheduling/nomination, pricing, settlements) to help identify data, process, or control improvement opportunities within trading and risk operations


* Support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of value chain optimization programs for Commodity Trading companies in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Agriculture and other adjacent commodity sectors.


* Analyze commercial and operational data to identify optimization opportunities, quantify value, and support recommendations for margin improvement


* Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to align optimization initiatives with business objectives, timelines, and delivery requirements


* Contribute to the development of solution materials, client presentations, and sales support assets used in pursuit and delivery efforts


* Support project workstreams across refining, shipping, storage, marketing, and commodity trading operations while helping track performance against defined key performance indicators

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field


* 4+ years of experience in value chain, operations, supply chain management, or consulting
