As an Aveda Advisor, you'll play a vital role in creating a spectacular experience for our students, internal team members, and valued guests.

Essential Job Functions: Greet every guest and team member with a warm, welcoming attitude and help create a five-star experience from start to finishIdentify guest needs through conversation and recommend products that align with their preferencesHandle day-to-day retail operations, including following the Aveda Service Wheel for a consistent elevated experienceSchedule appointments and check out guests accurately using our Zenoti systemMaintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services, including pricing, timing, and key benefitsAttend and participate in meetings with GM and other team membersMaintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and allteam membersOther duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications: Previous retail and guest service experienceBeauty industry experience preferredAbility to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor.Flexibility in work hours, including evenings
