Job Responsibilities: Deliver core curriculum through structured instruction, practical training, and student evaluationsGuide students through state board preparation, ensuring they meet licensing requirements with confidenceSupervise and mentor students on the clinic floor, reinforcing professional standards and best practicesProvide consistent coaching and support to foster student growth and successImplement and maintain compliance with institutional systems, policies, and proceduresStay current on Aveda products, services, and industry trends to enhance student learning and elevate the educational experience Qualifications: State of WI Cosmetology licenseTwo years of experience in the industryPrior teaching, training, or leadership experience requiredLove for the beauty and wellness industryAveda experience is a plus
