We're looking for Retail Associates at ourNorthshorelocations Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanorManage appointment scheduling and complete check-out procedures with accuracyExecute retail sales strategies to drive results and enhance client satisfactionCollaborate in team meetings with the General Manager and staff to stay aligned on goals, updates and initiativesMaintain clear, professional communication with guests and team membersContribute to individual and team success by actively participating in goal-setting and performance discussionsSupport the planning and execution of in-store marketing events and promotional displays Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in retail or the beauty industryExperience in a salon and spa setting preferredStrong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to both team members and guests.Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
