Residential Maintenance Technician - HVAC

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experiencedMaintenance Technicianto join our team in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas.

This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, completing work orders, and executing make-ready tasks to prepare homes for new residents.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with general home repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining the quality and functionality of single-family rental homes.

This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for a skilled technician with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work.

Necessary Skills & Knowledge: The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.

This role also requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple work orders while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality standard of work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Experience performing make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, fixture replacement, and general home repairsGeneral knowledge of residential maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repairFamiliarity with basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple propertiesComfortable using mobile apps or tablets to receive and complete work ordersValid driver's license with the ability to travel locally within the DFW areaStrong communication and customer service skillsPrior experience maintaining single-family homes preferred
