If this sounds like the right retail opportunity with a cannabis dispensary for you, APPLY TODAY! JOB SUMMARY The Senior Supervisor will support the General Manager in the execution of retail store operations while gaining skills and experience required for advancement to store management roles.

This position will act as the onsite store manager in the absence of the General Manager.

In addition to their responsibilities within the store, the Senior Supervisor will work with cross functional partners to develop a broader understanding of the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including: Correct cash handling Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance Maintenance of an organized and clean store Management of visitor log End-of-day daily update emails Ensure accuracy with the vault Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints Open and closing procedures Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team Partner with GM, and support partners in recruiting, onboarding, training and development of dispensary staff Provide coaching and mentorship to develop staff's professional growth Enforce accountability to Dutchess's policies and procedures through coaching and disciplinary measures Prioritize and uphold operational compliance per regulatory standards and company policies Impact business results by driving...
