Systems Integration Test Leader - H/F

You will join the multidisciplinary Digital Energy Solutions team within Energy Management Software & Services division, where innovation is at the heart of every project.

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will work in a stimulating international environment, contributing to a strategic company program.

Based in Grenoble, we're looking for a passionate, experienced, and skilled System Engineer to build robust and reliable Edge Systems and you will be part of a dynamic team operating under Agile methodology.

Your Missions:

As a System Integration Test Leader, you will be responsible for System Integration test activities within Digital Energy Solutions:


* Take ownership of the overall integration test strategy, by defining and deploying it in all test teams.


* Responsible for defining, improving and maintaining robust and operational test architecture and tools.


* Promote fully automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and ensure comprehensive test coverage.


* Lead testing execution phases; Write, manage, and run test cases for complex scenarios including performance, robustness, endurance and functional cases.


* Conduct code and test reviews to mentor junior QA team members.


* Contribute to dashboarding and reporting for test automation, test coverage, requirements traceability and quality metrics.


* Lead the test integration community and apply best practices in testing to ensure robust, reliable, and high-quality products and systems.


* Champion process improvements to increase quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.


* Collaborate with testers, developers, product owners, quality and system analysts to ensure quality / traceability standards.


* Understand and contribute to Agile processes.



* Play a key role in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.).


* Be fully involved in system quality and actively participate in on-time deliveries

Your Profile:



* Engineering or master's degree in software, embedded systems, or a related field.


* Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.



* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.



* Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.


* Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.


* Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, curiosity, perseverance.


* Result-oriented team player.

Your Technical Skills:


* Master's degree / Engineer in Computer Sciences or a related field


* + 5 years of experience ideally in Software development, embedded system or QA/Testing


* + 2 years of experience in Continuous Testing tools (e.g.

Github actions / Docker, Python, Robot Framework or Pytest) and version control systems (e.g.

Git)
