Production Maintenance Technician (2nd shift)

Join our plant operations team as a Maintenance Technician (2nd shift) for our Methods and Maintenance Team and play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and driving operational excellence.

What will you do?


* Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime


* Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support continuous operations


* Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods


* Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety


* Conduct preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance plan.


* Repair equipment in case of breakdown, where the repair methods are known.


* Ensure the consistency of the information into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management


* System)


* Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce the cost of maintenance (continuous improvement), to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines


* Train production actors in achieving maintenance level 1, 2 & 3
