Receiving Team Lead (1st Shift)

We're hiring a Receiving Team Lead (1st shift) to oversee warehouse operations and drive performance on the floor.

What will you do?


* Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment


* Oversee inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize warehouse layout


* Supervise and support your team to meet operational goals while upholding safety, security, and compliance standards


* Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity


* Oversee daily warehouse receiving activities, managing incoming shipments and directing your team to ensure all materials are received each day.


* Manage inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization


* Lead your team to meet operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards


* Identify process improvements and solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
