Kanban Team Lead (1st Shift)

We're hiring a Kanban Team Lead (1st shift) to oversee warehouse operations and drive performance on the floor.

What will you do?


* Oversee daily warehouse kanban activities, managing material movements, escalating shortages, and closely directing your team to ensure on time delivery.


* Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment


* Oversee inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize warehouse layout and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization


* Supervise and support your team to meet operational goals while upholding safety, security, and compliance standards


* Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity to solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
