IT Analyst (Infrastructure & Support)

We're seeking an IT Support Center Analyst who's passionate about solving problems and helping people.

You'll provide essential technical support while building skills in a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and customer focus.

What will you do?

A.End User Support(L1/L2)


* Provide L1 and L2 Onsite Support.


* Provide priority on-site support to VIPs


* On/Offboarding / Transfer activity/PC Refresh


* Ticket management


* IT support outside office hours


* Hardware Break Fix

B.Infrastructure & Operations


* Coordinate with external vendors for service to location Infrastructure.


* IT server room management


* Remote site support


* Preventive maintenance

C.Incident handling


* Engage with global governance and local stakeholder for new policy / compliance


* Incident resolution

D.Deliver Global & Regional & Local Projects


* Delivery global / regional / local initiatives

E.Administration & Communication


*
+ IT Asset Lifecycle management, Stock management
+ Manage IT policy, user guides, Tips&Tricks, Announcement
+ End user Communication
+ Interactive Training, VIVA Announcement - security, data privacy, policies and cybercrimes
+ Vendor contract management
+ Procurement/Invoice clearing

Profile and Professional Experience Requirements


* 3-4 years of experience working as an End user support / IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.


* Demonstrated experience with current IT infrastructure technologies


* Strong proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).


* Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health.


* Technical proficiency with Cisco networking equipment and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365)


* Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware.

Technical Skills / Personal Skills


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


* Good English and Korean language skills - written & spoken


* Business travel to local sites


* Project Coordination


* Ability to teach technical concepts / translate documentation


* Process-oriented with strong attention to detail in infrastructure configurations


* Flexible schedule, with availability for after-hours support as needed for infrastructure incidents


* Service Oriented, with a focus on delivering reliable infrastructure services


* Good communication skills with strong learning ability and desire to take ownership
