Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages ready mix concrete production to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules.Leads all plant management activities.Ensures quality control standards are met through regular testing and inspections.Oversees inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials.Coordinates equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.Implements and enforces safety management protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
