Full-time and Flex roles available.

Multiple positions for Loss Prevention Officers with Metro 1 Security! These positions will be at our client locations in downtown San Francisco, Stonestown Galleria, Downtown San Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara and other East Bay locations.



*Pay rate for fully qualified candidates is $30 an hour Bring your resume, ID, Social Security Card and any valid security license and training certificates to your interview.

Loss Prevention OfficerResponsibilities: Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-siteMonitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrolsIdentify and respond to suspicious behaviorSupport apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessaryDocument incidents clearly and professionallyCollaborate with store management and law enforcement as neededRespond to emergency situations calmly and quicklyFamiliarity with retail surveillance and safety protocolsMust have the ability to be tech savvyAbility to stay alert and professional in fast-paced environmentsMust be able to stand/walk for extended periods Loss Prevention OfficerRole Requirements: Military service OR 1 year of retail loss prevention experience i High school diploma or GEDValid CA Guard Card or willing to obtain one quickly Oral Drug Testing Background check screening No more than 3 employers in the last 6 years.

No employment gaps beyond 6 months.

Good verbal English communication skills.Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
