In this role, you'll operate a scale weighing aggregate trucks and help our customers as they pick up products.

This is a seasonal position with a partial to full reduction in hours for 2 - 4 months during the winter season.

Wage: $23.00 - $26.00/hr DOE w/ potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)


* Ensure efficiency of weighing trucks across scale.


* Monitor and weigh legal loads for internal and external customer vehicles


* Provide high level customer service to all business at pit locations


* Cash procedures i.e.: Required to receive and log cash from C.O.D.

sales, concrete, and gravel tickets.

Required to balance and maintain cash box.

Credit card handling, virtual cash bag, and cash daily balance required.


* Communicate with loader operator via two-way radio to accomplish the loading of pick-up customers.


* Greet and assist visitors entering yard.

Ensure site specific safety rules are understood and followed.
