PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Steam Truck Operator will assist the Lube Technician and be primarily responsible for steam cleaning equipment.

The Steam Truck Operator position is responsible for safe operation of the steam truck, pressure washer, and equipment on each job.

This position will alternate between 1 st and 2 nd shift as needed.

This position will report directly to the Service Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


* Drives and operates steam truck equipped with pressure washer;


* Works primarily on 1 st and 2 nd shift cleaning equipment and assisting the Lube Tech;


* Responsible for inspecting equipment in each unit to ensure that everything is clean and in order;


* Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment to remain in proper and safe working order;


* Responsible for notifying supervisor if equipment needs to be repaired;


* Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task;


* Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment;
