Basic Qualifications:


* High School diploma, GED or equivalent of 5 years of inspection experience


* Able to pass an annual eye exam per Jaeger.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Wax Injection experience


* Previous experience as a trainer, lead person or supervisor


* Experience working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Hourly Range: $22-28 hourly approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location) plus shift differential.Job Summary

Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Wax Injection Lead in our Patterns Business Center at our Engines Products - Cleveland Operations Tempcraft facility located at 3960 S.

Marginal Rd.

in Cleveland.

This position is responsible for ensuring the flow of work through a production area and making sure that quality parts are being produced in the quantities specified in the schedule.

The Wax Injection Lead role is a hands-on out on the manufacturing floor working with the operators to train them on the proper and safe procedures for using equipment, inspection of parts and ensuring adherence to defined processes.

The Wax Injection Lead is responsible for identifying and documenting problems and where possible, solves any quick production problems to restore the flow path in the moment.
