Account Executive Retail Sales

SUMMARY

Dell is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive Retail Sales professional to drive sales performance, strengthen retail partner relationships, and execute go-to-market initiatives across assigned accounts or territories.

This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth, supporting in-store execution, and enabling retail sales teams to effectively position Dell products and solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales discipline, partner management experience, and the ability to translate business priorities into measurable retail outcomes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES


* Drive sales results across assigned retail partners, stores, or territory, with accountability for revenue performance and growth


* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with retail partner leadership, store management, and key stakeholders


* Execute promotional programs, merchandising strategies, and sales initiatives aligned to business priorities


* Identify business opportunities through analysis of sales trends, market conditions, customer demand, and competitive activity


* Train, coach, and support retail sales associates on Dell products, value propositions, and selling approaches
