Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Supply Chain Operate team, you will be responsible for :


* Leading complex Supply Chain Operate engagements across procurement, planning, manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and other supply chain domains



* Advising senior client stakeholders on operating models, process performance, service expectations, organizational capabilities, and technology environments to identify opportunities to improve cost, service, and resilience



* Owning engagement delivery and outcomes, including quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, governance, and coordination across onshore and offshore delivery teams



* Designing and mobilizing business process as a service (BPaaS) and application managed services (AMS) operating models, including service scope, governance, delivery locations, resource models, performance measures, and continuous improvement approaches



* Leading transition and stabilization activities, including current-state assessment, knowledge transfer, process documentation, cutover planning, and steady-state service launch



* Supporting business development, coaching teams, and contributing to practice growth, innovation, and reusable delivery assets
