Work you'll do

As a Tax Intern on the Deloitte Tax team, you will be responsible for supporting client service teams with tax research, analysis, and project delivery.


* Assist in evaluating the tax impact of business decisions and transactions


* Collaborate with team members to address complex tax issues


* Support client projects across offerings and develop knowledge of tax considerations


* Use tax, data, and technology tools to support project execution and client service delivery

Qualifications

Required:


* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by May 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, financial engineering, management information systems or other business-related field.


* Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)


* You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.

You can expect to co-locate on average 2-3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations


* Ability to attend all in person core programming sessions


* Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

* Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
