Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Skillset Requirements (C-Level Focus):



* Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and fluid flushes (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering).


* Basic Repairs: Conduct basic brake service, tire installations/repairs, and battery replacements.


* Team Collaboration: Assist B-Level and A-Level Technicians on larger mechanical and diagnostic jobs to learn advanced skills.


* Multi-Point Inspections: Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify and report safety concerns and maintenance needs.

Requirements:



* Previous experience as an express/lube tech or completion of an automotive vocational program/degree preferred.


* Basic set of personal hand tools (we offer a tool allowance option to help you grow your set!).


* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.


* Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn and advance in the trade.
