As a Program Specialist, you'll be at the center of making that happen -- developing person-centered support plans, guiding interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the individuals we serve have every opportunity to thrive in their communities.

Monday-Friday, standard business hours with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend meetings.

Some on-call rotation required.
