Role: The Supervisory Program Manager shall oversee a large, multidisciplinary team and manage the successful execution of the contract.
The Program Manager shall be responsible for supervising 2 Supervisory Project Managers and one Supervisory Software Project Manager, who oversees their respective teams, and directly managing a diverse group of professionals, including instructional systems designers, accreditation specialists, multimedia specialists, software developers, training assistants, and instructors.
The Supervisory Program Manager shall serve as the primary point of contact for CBP, ensuring that all contract deliverables are in accordance with the terms of the contract, including being on time, within scope, and within budget.
The management team is responsible for planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Duties: The Supervisory Program Manager will: Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives and ensure alignment with agency goals.
Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and the contractor team.
Monitor compliance with federal regulations, including accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508), security requirements, and accreditation standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar).
