Olympics & Paralympics Talent Partnership, Vice President

Join the Talent Partnerships and Culture team to help activate one of JPMorganChase's newest and most visible global sponsorship platforms: the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

This role leads strategy and relationship management for athlete, celebrity, and influencer/creator talent in close partnership with internal Lines of Business, Sports and Entertainment, and key agency and rights-holder partners.

As a Vice President in the Talent Partnerships and Culture team, you will lead end-to-end talent relations workstreams-from opportunity intake and talent strategy through deal execution, deliverable management, content creation and activation, and post-program measurement.

You will drive strong operating discipline and stakeholder partnership, ensuring programs advance brand and business priorities while protecting the firm and strengthening long-term talent relationships.

You will also help manage relationships that extend beyond the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as many athlete partners support broader sports and athlete initiatives across the firm.

Job Responsibilities


* Lead Olympic and Paralympic Games talent strategy across athlete/ambassador programming, content, experiences and hospitality, internal engagement, and cultural storytelling.


* Manage relationships with athlete and celebrity talent, agents and representatives, leagues and teams, production partners, platforms, and other relevant business entities.


* Advise Lines of Business on talent selection (including Olympians, Paralympians, and adjacent creators) and define scalable partnership approaches.


* Serve as a primary point of contact to strengthen partnership and execution with key marketing partners and internal stakeholders.


* Establish operating rigor across intake, timelines, approvals, documentation, decision logs, deliverables, and post-program recaps and learnings.


* Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, Procurement, and Finance to ensure contracts, rights and usage, and governance requirements are met.


* Oversee agency and vendor partners supporting talent and creator programs, production workflows, and asset management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in talent partnerships/relations, sponsorship marketing, influencer marketing, brand activation, communications, or talent booking/representation (agency, network, studio, publisher, platform, or brand-side).


* Own high-visibility talent and partnership programs with strong attention to quality, detail, and follow-through.


* Influence and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment with discretion, sound judgment, and pace.


* Lead multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining operational rigor across timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
