The Project Superintendent supervises all paving, grading, grinding and prep crew activities as required to successfully complete projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, and administering good construction safety practices.

Includes daily scheduling, dispatch (including rental trucks), crew and subcontractor coordination, understanding and developing traffic control plans.

Available to work extended hours, including night and weekend work.

Full-time exempt, salaried position with benefits.

· Are experienced at supervising and coordinating field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
