Your mission:

As a Client Delivery Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of clients' energy management programs throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing service optimization.

Acting as the primary point of contact, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with contractual commitments.

You will monitor program performance, proactively manage risks, and drive high-quality service delivery while building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Additionally, you will provide guidance and training on Schneider Electric's energy and sustainability platform, helping clients maximize the value of their digital solutions and achieve their business goals.

What you will do:


* Client Program Ownership & Delivery: Act as the central point of contact for assigned clients, orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of their energy program.

Oversee overall program performance, ensuring smooth execution and proactively addressing risks or delivery gaps.


* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand client needs, and provide a high level of customer-centric service, including managing queries and escalations.


* Prioritization and Organization: Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and make timely, well-informed decisions.

Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage information across multiple clients and services.


* Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with internal teams, prioritize and manage tasks effectively, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to service and process improvements.


* Platform Training & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to support client adoption and engagement.

Deliver client training on Schneider Electric's platforms and ensure clients understand services, deliverables, and how to maximize value.


* Proactive and Initiative-Driven: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and be able to take initiative without being explicitly instructed.


* Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing technologies and client requirements is important.

A Client Delivery Specialist should be flexible, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
