+ As an Electronics Hardware Test Engineer you develop and execute validation plans to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of electronic hardware.
You perform functional, environmental, EMC, RF, digital, analog and power electronics testing, applying strong knowledge of Electronics and Electronic Design.
You utilize simulations, measurements, Test Methods, Test Automation, and Testbench Development to detect and resolve design issues through effective Debugging and Troubleshooting, ensuring regulatory adherence and optimal system performance.
Experienced in the use of measurement, simulation, and automation tools to identify and resolve design issues, contributing to the development of robust, high-performance products.
Strong focus on the direct impact of testing activities on final product quality and customer satisfaction.
Your mission is to contribute to the development of robust and reliable electronic products through comprehensive testing and validation processes, supporting Design for Testing, Design for Safety & Reliability, Environmental Compliance Assessment, and Standardization & Compliance activities.
Your work directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.
As an individual contributor with specialized knowledge, you spend most of your time implementing and designing technical processes and solutions using your expertise.
You apply Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Problem Solving, and effective Communication skills to deliver results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your decisions typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes to complete technical tasks.
You solve routine and non-routine problems independently by applying technical knowledge and practical experience.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, applies specialized expertise in hardware testing, technical solution design, process optimization, and both routine and complex issue resolution.
Ensures compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements while preparing detailed test reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and recommending corrective actions.
