(ESGW) is looking for a motivated, people-focused Talent Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

As a Talent Recruiter, you will partner closely with the Talent Administrator and People Services team to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who support our mission.

You will play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly while providing outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do


* Post, refresh, and maintain open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


* Support recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.


* Research and recommend new job boards and sourcing opportunities.


* Assist with talent sourcing and candidate outreach efforts.


* Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper recordkeeping.


* Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.


* Develop and update recruitment documentation, guides, and training materials.


* Educate hiring managers on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.


* Represent ESGW at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as needed.


* Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and new hires from application through onboarding.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent required.


* 0 to 2 years of related experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.


* Experience in a client-facing or customer support role preferred.


* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
