UKG Test Candidate
About This Job As a UKG Test Candidate, you play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our Human Resources, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems.

This position drives quality assurance initiatives, validates system functionality, and ensures our UKG platforms perform flawlessly.
You collaborate closely with various teams to deliver robust and dependable solutions that support our organizational goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Designs and executes comprehensive test plans and cases for UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions modules, including HRIS, Payroll Processing, and Workforce Management (WFM).Identifies, documents, and tracks system defects and inconsistencies, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Leads and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, guiding end-users through testing processes and gathering critical feedback.Performs thorough Regression Testing to confirm that new system changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.Conducts Data Validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information within UKG systems.Collaborates with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.Maintains detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.Contributes to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications Education Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Possesses relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) roles.Applies practical experience with HRIS, Payroll Processing, or Workforce Management (WFM) systems.Demonstrates direct experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions.
Knowledge/Skills Understands and applies principles of Quality Assurance (QA) and testing methodologies.Develops effective Test Case Development strategies.Facilitates and manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.Executes and analyzes Regression Testing.Performs Data Validation techniques with precision.Possesses strong functional knowledge of UKG Pro.Understands the capabilities and configurations of UKG Dimensions.Applies knowledge of HRIS functionalities and best practices.Comprehends Payroll Processing workflows and requirements.Understands Workforce Management (WFM) concepts and system applications.Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.Communicates complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications Holds a relevant professional certification in Quality Assurance or UKG systems.Works effectively in an Agile development environment.
