CNA II -- Individual Care in School

CNA II (Certified Nursing Assistant II)

Seeking NC Nurse Aide II  (CNA II   /  CNA2)  to provide individual care for special needs children at school.

Pay is $23.00 per hour;  Must have experience providing tube feedings and/ or catheter care. 

Hiring for the 2025 - 2026 School Year

NC Nurse Aide II / CNA2 Duties and Responsibilities:


* Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)


* Assist with monitoring student's comfort and observe for any pain


* Assist with Transfers


* Provide G-Tube or Bolus feedings


* Assist with Toileting, diaper changes, or Catheterization


* Assist student with activities (hand over hand assistance)


* EMR Documentation

Requirements: 


* Must have six (6) months experience within a year or one (1) year experience within the last three years.


* Must be approved on the NC Board of Nursing Nurse Aide II Listing


* Must be Certified as CNAI in NC and listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry in good standing


* Must be CPR certified (no online courses accepted)


* Must have tube feeding and/ or catheterization experience
