What You'll Do Lead and support the Library's Career & Job Services team across multiple branch locations.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with businesses, workforce development organizations, government agencies, and community leaders.

Develop innovative programs, events, and resources that help job seekers and professionals achieve their career goals.

Promote workforce development services through community outreach, presentations, networking, and strategic partnerships.

Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, workshops, support groups, and other career-focused initiatives.

Manage grants, resources, and services to ensure they remain relevant, impactful, and responsive to community needs.

Train and support library staff in effectively connecting patrons with career and job services resources.

Serve as a champion for workforce development throughout Northern Kentucky and beyond.

Perform other job-related tasks as needed to support department operations.
