Caf Attendants are responsible for providing friendly, efficient service in a high-volume, cafeteria-style environment while ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience.

This position rotates between cashier, guest service, dining area maintenance, and stocking responsibilities while helping maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant.

Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities: Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service while providing direction, information about the resort, and answering general questions Accurately process guest orders and payments using the point-of-sale system in a high-volume environment Develop and maintain a working knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, allergen information, packaged food and drink options, and resort amenities to confidently assist guests Maintain dining areas by bussing tables, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring guest spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day Monitor and maintain waste and recycling stations, sorting and disposing of waste according to standard operating procedures Stock and replenish packaged food, beverages, condiments, serviceware, and other supplies to support efficient operations Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading supplies, transporting products, and organizing storage areas Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, emptying trash and recycling, and maintaining service counters and other guest-facing areas Maintain outdoor dining areas, including arranging tables and chairs and cleaning spills Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays Perform additional responsibilities as requested Personal Skills Strong personal character and commitment to Taos Ski Valley, Inc.s Commitment and PassionsProvide a guest experience that exceeds the guests expectationsAbility to gracefully and humbly accept criticism and opportunities for growthAbility to stay positive, focused, and constructive when faced with setbacks, challenges, and while working in an ever-changing environmentMust have a strong attention to detail Qualifications & Knowledge Must already have or be willing to complete the New Mexico Food Handlers Certification upon hireMust already have or be willing to complete the New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification upon hireAbility to work a flexible sche...
