ECS Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized ECS Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

This role is responsible for managing project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality standards while ensuring projects are completed on time and within established requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory officials to deliver successful project outcomes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Determine and define scope of work and deliverables


* Predict resources needed to complete project


* Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites


* Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements


* Manage costs in order to meet budget


* Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts


* Manage construction schedule and activities


* Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines


* Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes


* Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships


* Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors


* Ensures compliance with an OSHA compliant safety program for not only the company, but also for all sub-contractors.
