Senior Vice President

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President (Architecture or Engineering) to lead a division and drive the success of a high-performing business unit.

This executive leadership role is responsible for developing strategy, fostering a strong culture, leading teams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring operational and financial success.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, mentor and develop leaders, build organizational effectiveness, and align people, processes, and business goals to support long-term growth and excellence.

* Leadership of VPs

* Building organizational structure that supports our Culture Code and Purpose, while being financially successful


* Striving to achieve the highest level of trust from the CEO and COO


* Staying connected - close enough to maintain a pulse on the studio to provide advisement on cultural and operational needs to Executives & other leaders
