Job Description:

Key Responsibilities



* Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.


* Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.


* Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.


* Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.


* Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.


* Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.


* Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.


* Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.


* complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.


* Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.


* Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Education and Experience



* Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills



* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


* Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.


* Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
