Clinical Supervisor - Drug & Alcohol Program

This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys both hands-on clinical work and helping others grow professionally.Location: Kennett Square, PA
Pay Rate:$60,000 based on experience and licensure
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do


* Provide ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and support to program staff.


* Mentor and develop team members to promote high-quality, evidence-based care.


* Assist in onboarding and training new staff on agency policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and program standards.


* Partner with the Program Coordinator to support employee development and performance evaluation processes.


* Serve as a clinical resource for staff, while guiding challenging situations and crisis interventions.


* Monitor program outcomes and help drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.


* Provide direct client services as needed to support program operations.


* Complete timely documentation and authorizations in accordance with agency and payer requirements.


* Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.


* Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.

What We're Looking For


* Master's degree in a behavioral health or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution


* Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in the behavioral health field.


* At least one year of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership/training experience.


* Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and team leadership skills.
+ Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure strongly preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related behavioral health license).
