Behavior Health Technician

You'll help build communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills while making a lasting impact on the lives of youth and their families.

Schedule: Full-Time
Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services
Compensation: Starting at $18 /hour (based on experience and credentials)

What You'll Do
* Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings
* Help children build communication, social, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills
* Support positive behavior change using strategies taught through our ABA training program
* Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors
* Collaborate with families, teachers, and treatment team members to support client success
* Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their support systems
* Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and promptly
* Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
* Travel between client locations throughout the community

* Experience working with children or adolescents in any capacity, including:
+ Childcare, Daycare, Teaching or educational settings, coaching or sports programs, summer camps, youth programs, Behavioral health or human services, mentoring or volunteer work with youth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently while remaining a part of a team
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between service locations
* Commitment to helping children and families achieve their goals
