Snowsports School Sales Staff (Full and Part-Time, Seasonal) - Winter 26/27

SUMMARY Assist guests in planning and purchasing Ski & Snowboard School lessons and programs in an effort to ensure an enhanced experience at GrandTargheeResort.

A key part of every employee's job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Actively promotes and sells Ski & Snowboard School and resort services.Manages reservations, product information, and customer data in the computer system and communicates with the Director and Supervisors regarding daily sales volume and lesson bookings.Manages daily cash flow and accounting duties in accordance with cashiering policies established by the resort.Manages the general maintenance, overall cleanliness and neatness of the sales area.Assists the Director in the daily input of Ski & Snowboard School payroll.Provides feedback regarding sales patterns, the effectiveness of product offerings and guest feedback.Assists the Director with administrative duties as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY: Protect the safety of self,workers, and Grand Targhee Resort guests.Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Resorts Occupational Safety & Health Compliance Manual and department-specific procedures or manuals.Operate equipment safelyso that itwill not lead to injury to yourself or others.Drivein accordance withthe law and Grand Targhee Resort policies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK SCHEDULE Due to the nature of the recreation industry, we are in operation seven days a week.

This includes weekends and holidays and there is no guarantee of hours.

Flexible working hours may be required based on the business levels.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
