As a Continuos Improvement Quality Intern, you will support the execution and governance of Systemic Preventive Projects by driving collaboration across multiple manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams.

What Will you do?


* Facilitate daily governance meetings with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple sites.


* Follow up on open actions, identify roadblocks, and connect key stakeholders to accelerate problem resolution.


* Maintain accurate tracking of all actions within the JIRA platform.


* Validate that action status, supporting evidence, and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.


* Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Who will you report to?


* You will report directly to the Line of Business Quality Leaders and work closely with quality and design engineers across different manufacturing plants

What qualifications will make you successful in this role?


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline focused on process optimization, quality, and continuous improvement, graduating in July 2027 or later


* Verbal and written communication skills.


* Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.


* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.


* English skills preferred for collaboration with global teams.


* Previous experience supporting or participating in projects, with basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suit, Excel, Visio or related.


* Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative



*Graduation date: July 2027 or later



*Professional proficiency in English
