What you will do

What you will do

Kenvue is recruiting for a Scientist Skin Health & Beauty R&D, located in Summit, NJ.

The Scientist Skin Health & Beauty R&D will support the product development of new skincare products and the maintenance of existing products within the Facial moisture category regionally and globally.

They will work closely with their manager and team to understand how to build and improve the Facial moisture pipeline.

They will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to assess technical risks, proactively resolve challenges, and ensure products effectively address consumer and healthcare professional needs and achieve successful launches.

Responsibilities include hands-on formulation prototype development, preparing laboratory batching, staging prototype samples for informal stability, product aesthetics evaluation, project meeting attendance and updates, maintain accurate technical documentation, prepare technical reports, and support compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication skills together with the ability to manage complexity are must-have prerequisites.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop facial moisture formulations and execute project deliverables for regional and global initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to support project timelines and milestones.


* Formulate new products that incorporate consumer insights and align with facial moisture brand strategies and innovation pipelines under the guidance of a manager.


* Design and execute laboratory experiments, including formulation development, batching, stability testing, and data analysis.
