Job Summary

The Global HR Systems Engagement Manager is responsible for defining and executing the governance, engagement, and delivery model for Oracle HCM and related HR technologies globally.
Working closely with both IT and HR leadership, this role translates business needs into scalable technology solutions, prioritizes investments, oversees enhancement governance, and ensures compliance with security, audit, and internal control requirements.

The role develops team capabilities while promoting sustainable system design, operational excellence, and business value realization.

The Global HR Systems Engagement Manager leads the HR Systems Engagement Tower and serves as the strategic liaison between Global HR and IT.

This role owns Oracle HCM engagement, design governance, and roadmap planning, ensuring HR technology solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and HR transformation initiatives.

The position leads a team of HR Systems Engagement Leads, driving stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the global HR systems portfolio.
