What You'll Do


* Lead, motivate, and supervise a skilled crew of up to five team members to deliver high-quality underground utility installations.


* Organize daily tasks, set clear goals, and ensure efficient project execution from start to finish.


* Manage materials, equipment, and vehicles to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.


* Maintain accurate records-including time cards and daily reports-and monitor project costs to keep work on track and within budget.


* Uphold and enforce company policies, prioritizing safety and compliance at every stage.


* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of plans, specifications, and expectations.


* Perform essential physical tasks, including heavy lifting and operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment.


* Drive continuous improvement and take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

What We're Looking For


* Experience: 5-10 years of underground utility experience, with at least three years as a crew leader.


* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a crew, fostering teamwork and accountability.


* Technical Skills: Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, grade, slope, and elevations; familiarity with grade equipment such as lasers.
