Job Responsibilities



* Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies


* Applies enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate architecture analysis, roadmap development, and design decisioning, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.


* Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities


* Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design, focusing on durability and reuse to improve velocity and quality across teams and functions


* Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others


* Serves as the function's go-to subject matter expert and contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies


* Establishes reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC/toolchain practices, ensuring traceability/auditability, resiliency, and security controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 10+ years applied experience


* Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability


* Expertise in one or more programming language(s)


* Deep knowledge of software, applications, and architecture, including advanced software architecture, application development, and technical processes within one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)


* Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment in architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.


* Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into scalable platforms while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.


* Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines
