Complex Securities Manager

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

Work you'll do

As a Manager on the Complex Securities team, you will be responsible for:



* Supporting Deloitte audit teams and non-audit clients with valuation analyses for complex equity and debt securities in connection with regulatory, financial reporting, and tax matters


* Building and reviewing financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry and company research, and preparing written reports and supporting analyses


* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, valuation approach, key assumptions, and deliverables


* Supervising junior staff and Consultants, reviewing work products, and providing guidance to support quality and consistency


* Supporting other Deloitte Valuation & Modeling engagements, as needed, based on client and business priorities

The team

Our Valuation & Modeling team provides financial modeling for business planning, transactions, and operational improvements.

We conduct valuation for tax purposes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, bankruptcy, and risk management.

Additionally, we support audit processes with fair value measurements.
