Work you'll do

As an Actuarial Manager on the Insights, Innovation & Operate team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and technical consulting services to help clients address complex challenges.



* Lead actuarial modeling and analysis to assess the impact of trend changes in the health care landscape, review plan design changes and pricing decisions, and enterprise cost strategies for health plan and insurance clients


* Review and apply trend forecasting, predictive modeling, underwriting, and risk analysis methodologies to support client decision-making


* Advise clients on alternative plan designs, reimbursement models, and value-based care strategies, including analysis of return on investment for medical management initiatives


* Support reserve analyses related to health care liabilities, including work performed in connection with Deloitte & Touche audit engagements


* Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership while leading teams across engagements
