The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing various administrative assistance and support functions.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $21-25 per hour.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with clients to coordinate project needs and type reports
• Provide administrative support for agency contracts
• Track field and lab supplies inventory and place orders
• Answer and direct client calls to appropriate staff
• Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc.

utilizing Microsoft Office software
• Follow up with clients and conduct accounts receivable and accounts payable support
• Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
• Research a wide variety of information requests
• Perform other administrative support services as needed

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of administrative experience is preferred
