Who Were Looking For Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead our growing Accounting function from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to help build the financial infrastructure of a rapidly expanding organization.

The Controller will lead and develop an accounting team of 10+ professionals while working closely with the CFO and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, disciplined financial processes, and actionable business insights.

This role will play a critical part in supporting Lifetimes continued expansion across Colorado, Arizona, and California.

What Youll Be Doing Accounting Leadership: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting department and a team of 10+ accounting professionals.Partner closely with the CFO to establish financial priorities, improve processes, and support company-wide decision-making.Develop, coach, and hold accounting team members accountable to performance and accuracy standards.Establish clear processes, expectations, and accountability across the accounting function.

Financial Reporting & Close: Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reporting.Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and P&L activity.Ensure financial reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with GAAP.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues.
