Sales Lead Coordinator

The Sales Lead Coordinator is responsible for owning inbound sales requests received via inbound call, text, email including technician referrals.

SLC is expected to properly document, create, track and update the lead with the goal of converting it into booked, qualified appointments for our Comfort Advisors.

This role ensures every sales opportunity is handled with urgency, accuracy, and professionalismwhile delivering a great buying experience for our customers.

Customer engagement and experience is very important in this position.

This position also serves as backup support to the Contact Center during peak call volume, ensuring business continuity and zero lead loss.

This is a revenue-impacting role, not a passive scheduling position.
