Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently.

Resolve customer concerns from simple scheduling issues to escalated service complaints.

Document interactions accurately across multiple software platforms.

Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced call center environment.
