Position Overview: The Production Team Member role entails assisting in supporting a production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment.

The Production Team Member is responsible for assisting the Machine Operator and/or Assistant Machine Operator in ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high quality product and finish product packaging, inspecting equipment and possibly performing preventative maintenance; completing paperwork and data entry; cross-training on other machine operation duties; and assisting in providing training or direction to other production line employees.
